Dear Ministry of Justice and Public Administration, Zagreb,
On the basis of the Law on Access to Public Information, please provide me with the following public information:
1. How many web domains (URLs) and IP addresses are part of a block list due to the Council Decision 2022/351/CFSP from 2nd of March 2022?
2. A list of all of the web domains (URLs) and IP addresses that are part of a block list due to the Council Decision 2022/351/CFSP from 2nd of March 2022. If there is a public, maintained list of these resources, please provide me with a link to it as well.
3. Has your institution sought any action against these IP addresses and web domains?
4. Which institutions are responsible for implementing the activities against these IP addresses and web domains?
5. Which institutions are responsible for overseeing the implementation of these activities?
6. Which mechanisms are used to implement these block lists (for example DNS blocks, IP blocks)? Which institutions are implementing which mechanisms?
If possible, please provide the answers to the above questions in a format such as a Word document, an Excel, CSV or TXT file, or as an editable PDF file.
Yours faithfully,
Vera Deleja-Hotko
